At Gizem Peptides, we are committed to ensuring the highest level of accuracy and customer satisfaction with every order. If an issue arises, we will work with you to resolve it promptly.
To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, one of the following conditions must be met:
1. Quality Issues
Any manufacturing defect or quality-related problem that renders the product unusable must be reported within 5 days of the scanned delivery date.
2. Product Recall
Items officially recalled by the manufacturer are eligible for return, provided they are sent back before the deadline specified in the recall notice.
3. Order Processing Errors
If you receive incorrect items or quantities, you must report the issue within 5 days of the scanned delivery date.
4. Products Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, the issue must be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date.

Supporting evidence (such as photos or documentation) may be required to process your request.
All return requests must be submitted within the specified timeframes.
Claims submitted after the deadline may not be eligible for resolution.
