Payment Terms

All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. Orders will only be processed and dispatched once payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Business Days and Holidays

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside of these business days will be processed on the next working day.

Please note that weekends and public holidays are not considered business days and may impact processing and delivery timelines.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Once payment has been confirmed, orders are prepared and dispatched promptly within our standard processing schedule. Any delays due to high order volume, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated where possible.

Tracking Information

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

It is the customer’s responsibility to retain this tracking information and monitor the progress of their shipment. If a tracking number is not received within 24 hours after the shipping confirmation, customers are advised to contact us promptly for assistance.
